Accommodation
Accommodation in Schools
Accommodation and meals for the delegations will be provided in the Schools of the Municipality of Cascais, namely:
All matches will take place in sports halls within the municipality. Between matches and accommodation, visits to the town and its magnificent beaches are within a 15–20 minute walk. Additionally, each participant will receive a 'free pass card' allowing free use of the MOBICASCAIS transport network throughout the municipality during the event. We recommend checking the official app for better use of the transport network. Each delegation will be assigned a classroom, and all participants must bring their own sleeping bag, pillow, and mattress.
Food & Meals
The canteens will only be operational from July 8th onwards, therefore no meals will be provided on July 7th. On the last day of the event, July 12th, dinner will not be served.
Meals will be served in various school canteens available according to the following schedule:
- Packaged breakfasts distributed to teams | 8:00–10:00
- Lunch | 12:00–15:00
- Dinner | 19:00–21:00
In case of food intolerances, team managers must inform the organization at the time of registration so that appropriate meals can be prepared for each case.
Accommodation in Hotels
Teams that wish and/or need to stay in hotels in the region and/or require transport to and from Lisbon Airport must contact the official travel agency, O-SPORTS. To access the best prices and enjoy a hassle-free stay, all those interested in this service must contact their respective Travel Agency as soon as possible, preferably by the end of November.
